These Terms of Service govern your use of FortisLogs, a logging platform for FiveM servers operated by Webduo By using our service, you agree to these terms.
FortisLogs is operated by Webduo, located at Sumatraweg 282, 1335JM Almere, The Netherlands. You can contact us at [email protected] for support or legal inquiries.
FortisLogs is a SaaS platform that allows FiveM server owners to store and view server logs. Logs are accessible through the platform and can be shared with team members added by the account owner.
To use FortisLogs, you must create an account using a name, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to illegal activities, storing personal data without consent, spam, abuse, system disruption, reverse engineering, or malicious use. FortisLogs may be used by any FiveM server as long as it complies with these terms.
FortisLogs is a paid service billed every 30 days. Payments are made manually via Paddle. All payments are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the service.
Logs are stored privately and only accessible to the account owner and invited team members. Data retention depends on the subscription plan. If a user stops paying, all data will be deleted. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed. Logs cannot be exported and are only accessible within the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of abuse or violation of these Terms. Users will have 30 days to dispute termination before all data is permanently deleted.
FortisLogs is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, incorrect logs, or decisions made based on the data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.
Support is provided via email at [email protected]. We aim to respond within 3 business days. All legal or official communication must be done via email.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
