2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

• Account Information: Name, email, hashed password, last login date, and in some cases IP addresses.
• Server / Usage Data: Server name, server IP/CFX join URL, API keys used for our platform.
• Logs Data: Server logs submitted by the user. Users decide what logs to store; we do not access the content.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser/device information, session cookies, and essential fonts loaded via external scripts.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account
• Authenticating and allowing you to log in
• Storing and displaying server logs (core functionality)
• Securing the platform against abuse or unauthorized access
• Handling billing and payments via Paddle
• Providing support and communication via email

4. Data Sharing

We only share data with third parties when necessary to provide the Service. Currently, this includes Paddle, our payment provider, who receives the required customer information to process payments. No other sharing for marketing or research occurs.

5. Data Retention

- Logs are retained according to the subscription plan. If a customer stops paying, logs are stored for up to 7 days and then permanently deleted.
- Account information is kept as long as the account is active. If the user deletes their account or requests deletion, all data is immediately removed.
- Backups may exist temporarily but are automatically deleted after a maximum of 1 month.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you (account information and logs)
• Correct or update your account information
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of all data we have about you

7. Cookies

We only use essential, functional cookies necessary for login sessions and basic platform operation. No tracking or analytics cookies are used. External scripts are limited to fonts only.
